About The Position

As the Business Manager for Technology, you will play a critical role in accelerating product and technology delivery and driving enterprise-wide transformation. You will operate at the intersection of product, technology, and transformation - bringing rigor, clarity, and momentum to planning, execution, and reporting across teams. In this role, you will function as a strategic extension of Technology leadership, helping to translate vision into execution while strengthening the operating rhythm of the organization. This role partners closely with Tech, Product and Transformation leaders to ensure that strategy translates into execution, supported by strong governance, tooling, and data-driven decision-making. This role reports into our CTO.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product operations, technology transformation, program management, or a related role, with demonstrated experience partnering closely with senior Technology executives.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Transformation and Technology in complex, fast-paced environments and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Deep expertise in project and delivery management tooling such as Monday.com, JIRA, and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience tracking delivery against budgets and investment goals and translating data into leadership-level insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on critical outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and committees as a credible advisor and operator.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a track record of influencing, motivating, and enabling teams without formal authority.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with demonstrated success standardizing processes and improving productivity through tooling and data to support scale and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle and Technology operating model, ensuring consistent and scalable ways of working that support long-term growth, organizational maturity, and execution at scale.
  • Coordinate and manage product and technology roadmaps, including monthly updates, delivery status, RAG tracking, and dependency management to ensure leadership has a clear, integrated view of priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Lead OKR definition, tracking, and reporting across Product and Technology, driving accountability and alignment to strategic priorities and enabling leadership to focus on the highest-impact outcomes.
  • Provide clear, executive-ready reporting and insights to senior leadership, including business reviews, annual kickoff sessions, and committee updates.
  • Analyze delivery data to identify productivity opportunities, resource optimization, and process improvements, proactively surfacing recommendations to improve execution effectiveness.
  • Own and optimize core product and technology tooling (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Tempo), ensuring workflows are standardized, efficient, and that tools reinforce - not complicate - the operating model.
  • Track delivery performance against budget, targets, and investment priorities, partnering with stakeholders to manage trade-offs and support informed prioritization decisions alongside senior leaders.
  • Act as a culture carrier and change leader—driving clarity, alignment, accountability, and a shared understanding of priorities across product and technology teams while reinforcing collaboration, transparency, and ownership.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and committees to manage agendas, actions, and follow-through on critical initiatives.
