As a Business Manager - Senior Associate in the JPMorgan Wealth Management’s (JPMWM) Product, Experience & Technology (PXT) team, you will gain an understanding of Wealth Management’s strategic priorities and technology investment process and execution, help manage and communicate with broader PXT teams, and help execute key priorities and streamline processes. Your role is dynamic and varies according to the priorities of different lines of business. You will be at the forefront of this ever changing environment, and instrumental in optimizing business performance. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders from Business, Finance, Technology, Product, Data, and Design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, communications, operations and/or strategic planning
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Wealth Management
  • Experience in Business Management or Consulting

Responsibilities

  • Support the PXT Business Manager in driving strategic analyses/initiatives, preparing for key meetings, reviewing of materials from business partners, and coordinating all aspects of the platform ranging from priorities to day-to-day issues/activities
  • Support preparation for business unit reviews and other key meetings
  • Support daily inquiries, integrate content and partner with function aligned business managers to drive effective and timely internal communications, including for town halls and leadership conferences
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners and internal stakeholders on the progress of the portfolio
  • Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
