About The Position

Responsibilities

• Deliver continued growth on College Inn and Kitchen Basics brands.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing growth strategies.
• Own short-term and medium-term brand strategies from creation through execution.
• Develop renovation and innovation strategies in partnership with the Innovation team.
• Partner with the Business Unit VP to develop long-term strategies.
• Lead the development and implementation of the annual brand plan.
• Drive learning agendas to identify initiatives for brand growth.
