About The Position

Training will encompass all facets of our business, including: Product Knowledge Business Development Revenue Management / Non-Profit Event Management Goal Setting and Accountability Analyzing Data and Inventory Customer Service and Acquisition Human Resources and Recruiting Financial Planning and Accounting No direct management experience is required for this role since the training we provide is so extensive.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or hospitality
- Proficient active listening and interpersonal communication skills
- Superior leadership abilities with strong public speaking skills
- Charismatic, extroverted, and personable
- Driven by ambitious, measurable goals and getting results
- Creative and proactive in the face of obstacles
- Resilient and adaptable to sudden changes
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Performs well under high levels of pressure
