About The Position
CPS consists of a wide range Cash Management Products and Services, including, but not limited to Collections, Disbursement, Investment/Deposit sweeps, Customer Online platforms for Information Delivery and online transactional initiation using our TD eTreasury platform. This role will be responsible for the Business Central customer portal for all our online services delivered under on master log-in to market. This position provides continuous updates of Incident Management documentation, overarching Incident Management Procedures, maintaining an accurate database records of each incident, including all details and actions taken, resolution, root cause and lessons learned for future reference. The Business Mgmt Specialist manages a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high risk functional area(s), and implement policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. Interfaces regularly with management in the delivery of work activities.
