About The Position

The Business Management Professional Lead at Pantex will play a crucial role within the Project Management organization, responsible for a variety of support activities including coordination, implementation, and reporting of organizational priorities. This position requires effective interaction with stakeholders and support groups to ensure the safe and compliant execution of project activities. The lead will also provide project execution metrics, coordinate management assessments, and assist in updating organizational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, or eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management/project controls.
• General familiarity with business concepts, fiscal accounting, and program management.
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with DOE O 413.3 B.
• Experience in report writing and metrics development.
• Skill in communicating effectively for commercial or financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement organizational priority and scheduled work activities.
• Interface with support groups and stakeholders to ensure project execution is safe and compliant.
• Support various organizational improvement initiatives and customer reporting on a regular basis.
• Provide project execution metrics as required and coordinate Management Assessments for the PM organization.
• Lead Management Assessments and assist in updating organization procedures and requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for special projects and SharePoint site administration.
