Responsibilities
- Complete thorough and accurate financial analysis of commercial loans and identify potential risks. Includes analyzing company and individual tax returns, financial statements & trends, current debt ratios, credit reports, assign risk rating, etc.
- Assist loan officers in collecting tax returns and other financials from members.
- Complete annual reviews on the existing commercial lending portfolio, which includes monitoring the member's current financial status, payment history, collateral values, etc.
- Must be detail oriented and organized, able to keep multiple tasks and projects moving forward simultaneously.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
