Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/commercial litigation
• Strong experience in: Drafting pleadings and motions Case strategy development Managing litigation matters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
