About The Position
We are looking for a skilled Litigation Associate to join a fast-paced legal team handling complex commercial disputes. We have been providing IT solutions to customers from different industry sectors, helping them control costs and release internal resources to focus on strategic issues. AHU Technologies INC. was co-founded by visionary young techno-commercial entrepreneurs who remain as our principal consultants. Maintaining working relationships with a cadre of other highly skilled independent consultants, we have a growing number of resources available for development projects. We are currently working on Various projects such as media entertainment, ERP Solutions, data warehousing, Web Applications, Telecommunications and medical to our clients all over the world.
Requirements
- 5+ years litigation experience
- Strong legal drafting & case management skills
- Excellent communication & analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) & licensed to practice law
Responsibilities
- Handle business & commercial litigation cases
- Draft pleadings, motions & legal documents
- Develop case strategies & manage litigation matters
- Support trial preparation & client representation
- Work on supply chain, commercial & trade-related disputes
