About The Position

Our client, a full service, international law firm with numerous Chambers rankings seeks a Business Litigation Associate for their Las Vegas office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Nevada.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure
• Experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses
• Court experience
• Must be admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Prior clerkship experience is preferred
