Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle depositions and manage electronic discovery.
• Strong academic record and legal research skills.
• Active NY Bar license.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters including depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Manage electronic discovery processes and case documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in commercial disputes.
