InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider accredited by URAC and ACHC offering a specialized approach to caring for patients in need of IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Licensing Coordinator to support our company in maintaining compliance with local and state requirements. This role is responsible for coordinating and filing business licenses, certificates of occupancy, business tax receipts, and related permits with city and county departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys driving processes through to completion. You will work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.

  • Research, prepare, and submit applications for business licenses, certificates of occupancy, business tax receipts, and other city/county permits as required.
  • Communicate with local government offices to track application progress and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, legal, etc.) to collect required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of filings, approvals, and renewal dates.
  • Track and follow up on deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
  • Provide regular status updates to management.
  • At least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience preparing and submitting applications for business licenses, certificates of occupancy, business tax receipts, and related city/county permits.
  • Familiarity with corporate maintenance requirements (e.g., annual reports, registered agent filings, corporate recordkeeping) strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and track multiple filings and deadlines across jurisdictions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset who enjoys seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience interfacing directly with government agencies and internal business teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with tracking spreadsheets a plus.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
