About The Position
Are you an experienced and dedicated Business Lender seeking a non-traditional lending opportunity and a chance to work for a non-profit organization/CDFI that helps small businesses obtain the funds necessary to succeed? Partner Community Capital (PCAP) is looking for an experienced Business Lender to join their team! As the Business Lender for the Triad (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point) North Carolina region, you will be responsible for prospecting loan opportunities, conducting due diligence on requests for credit, summarizing requests for financing in a credit memo which addresses strengths and weaknesses of request and presents credit requests for approval. This position is required to travel up to 50% of the time, with minimal overnight travel; the Triad Business Lender covers the central region of North Carolina. The Business Lender reports to the EVP, Chief Lending Officer.
