Position Summary The Business Leads Manager at Winsouth Credit Union is responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing leads to support the credit union's growth in memberships, deposits, and lending. This role is a hands-on, member-facing position focused on outbound contact, inbound lead follow-up, and relationship development with members and potential members across Winsouth's field of membership. In alignment with Winsouth's mission and values, the Business Leads Manager serves as a trusted resource for members while coordinating closely with internal lending, branch, and marketing teams.
