We are seeking an experienced Business Leader in the Southeast region of the United States. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in the construction industry to mentor staff, build long-term relationships with clients, and pursue new work opportunities. This includes strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You will report directly to the current Southeast Business Leader for PMCM, and your responsibilities will encompass both business development and project execution. As the Business Leader, you will be responsible for managing client relationships with existing clients while developing relationships with new clients. Your primary goals will be to drive recurring operational sales and identify new sales opportunities. To support these efforts, the inside sales and operational sales teams will assist in developing presentation materials and aligning with engagement meetings to identify gaps in the client's plans where we can sell the 'One Jacobs' portfolio of services. In your capacity as the Manager of Projects, you will oversee direct reports at various sites and support personnel working from the home office. You will provide project execution expertise through team leadership, technical acumen, financial oversight, schedule and quality control, and risk management to meet project and company objectives. You will lead safety initiatives, develop your team, capture and grow work with clients, and ensure compliance with requirements for our People & Places Solutions projects (P&PS) across various markets.
