The Business Intelligence Manager plays a crucial role in leading data integration, operational reporting, ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, and data mining projects specifically tailored for financial institution clients. This position is designed to support a project management team by providing comprehensive business intelligence and real estate data analysis. The ideal candidate will engage in data mining, manipulation, and optimization programs to derive actionable insights that drive decision-making processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing data models, manipulating and aggregating quantitative data, and analyzing performance data to forecast trends. You will utilize programming languages and data visualization tools to create meaningful insights. Your participation will span the entire cycle of dashboard and analytics development, from understanding client needs to sourcing data and developing dashboards. You will also be tasked with creating, maintaining, and optimizing data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Dash. Implementing agile methodologies for analytics and reporting development will be a key focus, ensuring data integrity and effective report validation. Communication with various stakeholders, including clients, analysts, platform developers, and project managers, will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning related to technology, oversee custom programming and Power BI design, and keep senior management informed about technology projects and issues.
