Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
10 + years of experience in BI reporting or data analysis.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., CMiC, ADP, or other enterprise platforms) preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data architecture and reporting capabilities.
Provide end-user support and training for BI tools and reports.
