Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Regional Sales Insights, the Business Intelligence Partner serves as a strategic advisor to Regional Sales leadership, translating performance data into clear decision frameworks that drive distributor effectiveness and regional growth. This role goes beyond reporting to proactively frame tradeoffs, identify execution risk, and influence commercial decisions. This role is responsible for leading the development and optimization of sales reporting tools, analyzing distributor performance, identifying areas for automation and implementation of agentic AI for efficiency, and providing insight to ensure data-driven decision-making at the regional level. The incumbent will also collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business objectives, ensuring insights translate into actionable strategies that support regional sales performance. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.
