The Business Intelligence (BI) & Operations Intern will go behind the scenes of Flagstop’s data-driven growth. This role is focused on the "why" and "how" of our success. You will help manage the systems that reward our employees, track our financial health, and automate our guest interactions. If you enjoy turning raw data into actionable business strategies and exploring the latest in AI and automation, this is the role for you.

Requirements

• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Problem Solver: You are naturally curious about how to make a process faster, cheaper, or better using technology.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex data into simple "Action Plans"

Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics & Incentives
• Automation & AI Development Optimization: Identifying opportunities to automate workflows and reach 100% efficiency.
• AI Integration: Research and help implement AI-driven solutions for responding to guest emails and calls, streamlining our B2B and fleet communications.
• System Management: Gain exposure to a world-class tech stack including Power BI, MaintainX, AMP, Cursor, AWS, and Zendesk
• Guest Journey Mapping Retention Analysis: Use data to identify which "Guest Journeys" (automated touchpoints) are most successful at driving app downloads and membership retention.
• Conversion Tracking: Help replicate high-performing digital journeys across different regions to boost overall plan sales.
