About The Position

The Business Intelligence Manager at Circana is responsible for managing relationships with one of the largest retail clients in the US, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization of processes. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to enhance data quality perceptions, supporting the deployment of new solutions, and driving understanding around data changes. The manager will also lead complex processes related to product coding and reporting, while collaborating with internal and external partners to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, change management, or related functions
  • Demonstrated ability in utilizing and integrating multiple data sources to address client business challenges
  • Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, IRI, NPD, or similar platforms
  • Outstanding technical ability with a strong focus on automation and data quality assurance
  • Excellent project management skills and knowledge of change management principles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Support successful deployment of new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions
  • Optimize work processes with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
  • Drive understanding, acceptance, and confidence around data changes through proactive context analytics
  • Create reporting and quality assurance processes and metrics for client deliverables
  • Lead complex processes of new item product coding and market item placement
  • Rationalize and automate offline reporting to improve speed of delivery
  • Serve as a liaison to internal Client Service and Operations organizations
  • Continuously assess client needs and develop solutions and reporting to meet those needs
