About The Position
ECAM, the video monitoring division of GardaWorld, is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our analytics transformation. In this role, you'll manage a team of analysts, own the BI roadmap, and serve as the strategic link between operations and insights. We're moving from legacy SQL Server reporting to a Snowflake-powered future—and we need a leader who can guide that transition while enhancing our Power BI environment. You'll work directly with ECAM leadership to shape data strategy, deliver actionable reporting, and foster a data-driven culture that supports growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
