We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Business Intelligence Lead to help drive data-informed decision-making across our playAWARDS loyalty and rewards platform. This role is ideal for a player-coach who is equally comfortable mentoring others and rolling up their sleeves to build dashboards, write SQL, and perform deep-dive analyses. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with rewards partnerships, player development, marketing, game teams, and other loyalty stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve player engagement, program performance, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, leadership capability, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action. This role will be responsible for developing reporting frameworks, defining KPIs, supporting experimentation, and ensuring data quality and accessibility across the playAWARDS ecosystem.
