About The Position

Aspen Standard Wealth is hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to own and scale our enterprise data warehouse and analytics capabilities. This role is the counterpart to the Head of Applications and will serve as the primary data specialist responsible for turning data into reliable, actionable business insights. The BI Lead will take ownership of an early-stage data warehouse built with third-party support and drive its evolution into a scalable, production-ready system. This role combines data architecture, hands-on execution, and operational accountability—ensuring data pipelines run correctly, dashboards are populated, and insights are delivered consistently to the business.

Requirements

5–7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating data warehouses or lakehouse-style data platforms
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric as the central data platform, with working knowledge of Azure-based environments
Experience building dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau
Systems Scaling & Building: Builds processes, roles and interfaces that continue to function as the organization grows.
Systems Thinking: Diagnoses problems by understanding end-to-end dynamics and interdependencies

Responsibilities

Own and manage the enterprise data warehouse, driving its evolution from an early proof of concept to a scalable production system
Define and execute a roadmap to onboard all core business platforms and systems into the data warehouse
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Power BI that deliver meaningful operating and business insights
Partner closely with business leaders to understand insight needs and prioritize analytics initiatives
