Position Title: Business Intelligence Intern Reports To: Business Intelligence Manager, Standard Business AMN Position Summary: We are looking for a well-organized and detail-orientated individual, able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Business Intelligence Intern will be responsible for foundational data analysis and project management assistance related to standard business strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Marketing, Software Design, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members effectively
  • Effective Project Management - including managing deadlines, identifying stakeholders, understanding, communicating and achieving goals
  • Time management – Aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Active Learning – Able to learn quickly and independently on the job, must be a resourceful and proactive problem solver
  • Deductive Reasoning – Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers.
  • Information recall - Understand the significance of new information not only for current and future needs
  • Intuition - Identifying and addressing potential problems before they become issues
  • Quality & Productivity – Produces work at a fast rate and with high accuracy, demonstrate accountability if mistakes occur
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
  • Must have strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Masterdata Refurbishment of all existing KSB US Standard Business Customers in C4C and Infor
  • Cooperation with the Segment Heads for focus customer and focus applications
  • Ad-Hoc data analysis relating to historical OI and Sales figures
  • Maintaining internal existing reports for relevant stakeholders
  • Work alongside team to complete Data Analysis for Stocking
  • Supporting Stakeholder Team in Richmond for Support Defining American Standard
  • Other duties as assigned
