The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic individual to serve in a contracted role as Business Intelligence & Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) Data Analyst Lead. This contract position reports to the Director of Data Management in the Data and Analytics Unit. This role supports the Data Director and the Department by providing technical expertise in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data to build and maintain well-managed data solutions and pipelines. The ETL Analyst Lead will collaborate with Information Technology teams and business units to design, develop, and optimize data integration processes, ensuring the availability and integrity of data across DMH systems. This position will also play a key role in managing data workflows, troubleshooting ETL processes, and ensuring adherence to data governance, security, and compliance policies.
