We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer II at our facility in Boston, Massachusetts for development of ongoing reports, analyses and dashboards to guide important decisions and process improvements.
Work with the Supply Chain teams in areas including network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, transportation planning, delivery experience for improved customer experience and in-stock positions.
Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints.
Communicate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from several data sources using SQL and multiple technological platforms.
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders.
Improve ongoing analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Science, or related field and 5 years of experience.
Will also accept Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
Experience must include 3 years with: Tableau, Excel and SQL expertise.
Knowledge of data warehousing.
Data modeling experience in Retail/E-commerce.
Experience must also include: forecasting and Supply Chain.
