About The Position

We are seeking an entry level Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic Customer Care data analytics department. This role is pivotal in supporting data-driven decision-making, focusing on SQL, Python, and modern visualization tools. The successful candidate will grow skills in streaming data, automation, and cloud-based analytics within a fast-moving, data-driven environment. The position involves building scalable insights solutions, optimizing reporting, and contributing to making data-driven decisions easier and more accessible.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop data analysis skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Python.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, Plotly).
Knowledge of retail and e-commerce.
Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize queries to extract and analyze data from large-scale databases.
Work with real-time and batch data processing to support operational reporting and alerting.
Build dynamic dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using modern visualization tools (Tableau, Streamlit, Plotly, etc.).
Automate data collection and reporting workflows, reducing manual effort for the business.
Assist in designing data pipelines for customer care analytics, ensuring data is structured for ease of use and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, and customer experience) to identify and solve business problems using data.
Implement data validation, monitoring, and quality checks to ensure clean, reliable data for stakeholders.
Stay up to date on emerging trends in BI, data engineering, and cloud computing to improve our analytics stack.
Interest in empowering teams with self-service dashboards and analytics tools.
Ability to automate manual reporting tasks to drive efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work effectively with business and technical teams.
Support senior analysts in conducting data analysis projects.
Learn and apply data analysis techniques and best practices.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.
