The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Job Description Summary: This role will support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) reporting and other needed reporting within CenterWell's Primary Care Organization's Population Health Analytics Department. The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Job Description: This role will conduct RCM reporting initially out of Excel with the near future intention of converting this reporting to Power BI for a more automated process. While the role will primarily support RCM reporting, there will be opportunity to complete reporting projects for other parts of the business. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Technical experience in data analysis and reporting, especially using Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Power BI
• 1 or more years of experience in SQL and/or Snowflake
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Collaborative
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI
• Revenue Cycle Management knowledge/reporting experience
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
• Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
• Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
• Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-300 Certification
• Resides in Louisville, KY

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCM reporting initially out of Excel with the near future intention of converting this reporting to Power BI for a more automated process.
• Complete reporting projects for other parts of the business.
