We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support data-driven decision-making across our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and turning information into meaningful insights. The role will partner with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, HR and leadership to support reporting, analysis and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics (or related field)
- 0-2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or related field (internships welcome)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
- Support KPI tracking across departments
- Assist in building and improving data models
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data
- Translate business questions into data queries and insights
- Present findings in a clear and concise format
