About The Position

Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, aims to be the world’s leading manufacturer of trading card games and collectibles. Located in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park and Piedmont Triad regions, MPG has grown significantly since its founding in 2014, known for exceptional quality, customer focus, and market agility in specializing in trading and collectible cards. The company has nearly tripled in size since 2019. MPG is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join its team. This role is for individuals passionate about data, reporting, and delivering insights to support business performance and make an impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and tools such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical datasets
  • Validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs
  • Maintain documentation for reports and data sources
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
  • Monitor data integrity and escalate issues as needed
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes
