Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. With seven hospitals, McLeod Health operates three Health and Fitness Centers, a Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, Hospice and Home Health Services. The system currently has 988 licensed beds, including Hospice and Behavioral Health. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 10 as a Data Analyst, Developer, or similar role in Oracle ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, data modeling, and schema design.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
  • Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle BI.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets within Oracle ERP to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop strategies for data cleansing, transformation, and normalization to maintain data integrity.
  • Design and implement data models, structures, and pipelines for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Customize Oracle ERP applications to meet specific business requirements and improve system functionality.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and stored procedures for data extraction and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain data interfaces, integrations, and ETL processes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle ERP databases and applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, database tuning, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP data-related issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including data standards, procedures, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing on Oracle ERP data management best practices.
