About The Position

The Business Intelligence Developer at Associated Bank plays a crucial role in developing, delivering, and supporting the business intelligence function within the Corporate Intelligence group. This position focuses on collaborating with Business Intelligence Data Analysts to gather requirements and assist in the design and implementation of BI solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Less than 2 years of technology-related experience focusing on database development, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Experience with database management, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Cognos, data warehouse, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions including queries, stored procedures, ETL packages, and automations in alignment with Corporate Intelligence and IT Operations policy.
• Work with business intelligence data analysts to determine reporting and analytical requirements.
• Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, cubes, and other information tools as needed.
• Perform data mapping, data validation, code reviews, and documentation tasks.
• Assist in daily maintenance and modifications to existing processes.
