About The Position

The Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing the company's data and analytics tools. This role will own the technical design, development, and governance of data and analytics platforms that drive actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Corporate Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The Specialist will ensure that the organization leverages Tableau, Snowflake, Workato, AWS, and Workato integrations to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful data solutions. The role requires strong commercial acumen to translate market intelligence and customer data into insights that accelerate growth, improve forecasting, and optimize go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering, with at least 3 years with project and deliverable ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau (designing enterprise dashboards, governance, adoption, building complex data sources).
  • Hands-on expertise in Snowflake and AWS data environments, including data lakes, warehouses, and cost/performance tuning.
  • Proven success integrating data sources and automating workflows with Workato (or similar iPaaS tools).
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and their integration into analytics pipelines.
  • Commercial focus with experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams in decision-making, forecasting, and go-to-market optimization.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise BI and analytics function, following best practices for developing and managing data platforms.
  • Partner as technical lead with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to build dashboards and analytics in Tableau that enhance pipeline visibility, customer segmentation, territory optimization, and sales performance management.
  • Drive development of a unified data platform, ensuring scalability, cost optimization, and secure data access.
  • Own technical implementation of automation and data integrations via Workato, connecting CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and market research data sources into a single source of truth.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Partner as technical lead with Finance and Sales Operations to enhance forecasting and revenue modeling using integrated data sources.
  • Serve as liaison to IT infrastructure and security teams, ensuring Tableau, AWS and Snowflake environments meet compliance and cybersecurity standards.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in BI and advanced analytics.
