We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our Strategic Analytics team! The BI Analyst will support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions to lead transformative change. Working with business units across the organization, the BI Analyst will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis to solve problems and find strategic opportunities for improvement. The BI Analysts serves as an internal consultant, supporting strategic decisions that drive growth and improve products to provide an industry-leading experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business-related field, or equivalent
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience performing business analysis, providing insights and developing solutions
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software
• Experience with SQL
• Strong experience with data mining, analysis and providing insights
• Previous experience providing overall data support to a business or clinical team
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional business stakeholders

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data using sound analytical techniques
• Develop deep working relationships with business stakeholders to become a trusted partner for their data and analytical needs
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations
