About The Position
The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic individual to serve in a contracted role as Business Intelligence Data Analyst Lead to help the organization make data-driven decisions and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This is a contract position that reports to the Director of Data Management in the Data and Analytics Unit. This role supports the director and the department by providing a blend technical expertise in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) development and dashboard development. The BI Analyst Lead will collaborate with Information Technology teams and internal business units to design, develop, and optimize data reporting needs ensuring the availability and integrity of data across DMH systems. This position will also play a key role in managing data workflows, troubleshooting ETL processes, and ensuring adherence to data governance, security, and compliance policies.
