This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related field required.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards, Tableau Certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such Power BI, Looker or similar platforms and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases and manipulating large data sets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Proven ability to implement data governance, quality assurance processes, and automation solutions to drive data integrity and efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Design, create and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for Executives and teams across the organization, including but not limited to sales, operations, finance, inventory management, and others.
  • Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and data validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Partner with IT and FP&A teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems.
  • Partner with business leaders, department heads, and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions that address business challenges.
  • Ensure consistency, reliability, and accuracy in data management and reporting practices.
  • Connect to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
  • Assist departments in leveraging data for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Use historical data to build predictive models and assist in forecasting demand, sales trends, inventory levels, and market opportunities.
  • Provide training to business users on Tableau dashboards and data interpretation best practices.
  • Support initiatives to automate manual data processes and enhance reporting efficiencies.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities using historical data and forecasting models.
  • Other duties as assigned.
