About The Position

The Account Operations Business Intelligence and Data Analyst (BI&A Analyst) plays a critical role in empowering the sales organization through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building dashboards, and delivering actionable intelligence to optimize sales performance and strategic initiatives. The role collaborates closely with sales operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, enhance reporting capabilities, and support decision-making at all levels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
Strong skills in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel (occasional meeting/site visit, less than 5%)

Nice To Haves

Candidates with exposure to Python highly preferred

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL to inform sales strategies and decisions.
Collaborate with sales stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and present visually compelling reports and recommendations to leadership, ensuring clarity and impact in every communication.
Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data flows, seamless reporting, and robust documentation for BI solutions.
