Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest in data analytics and AI-driven insights.
Nice To Haves
- Degree Preferred - Currently pursuing the third year of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework involving ThoughtSpot or similar analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot and enterprise data platforms.
- Assist in leveraging AI-driven analytics capabilities, including trend analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
- Perform data exploration, validation, and quality checks using SQL and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Support reporting, insights generation, and ad hoc analytical requests.
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks in support of Enterprise Data initiatives.
- Help drive operational excellence and employee experience by supporting BizTech’s focus on innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
