Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields.
  • Preferred work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years progressive experience in Information Management or Information Technology or a related Healthcare field.
  • 2 years progressive experience working with multiple business intelligence tool sets, building dashboards, and advanced reports.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, and data shaping for business intelligence reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, strategic design of extractions, and data integration process.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self motivated and self disciplined.
  • Knowledge of processes of assigned area(s) and applications.
  • Effectively deals with multiple and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing standards for assessment, development, and implementation of applications and systems.
  • Designs and/or constructs efficient application modules, reports, displays, databases, and interfaces.
  • Analyzes work processes, feasibility of small to medium project requests, and troubleshoots operational problems.
  • Determines impact of alternative solutions and encourages innovative and cost effective solutions.
  • Estimates resources required for task completion.
