  • Design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, and Python to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, translate them into data requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of all BI assets by implementing robust data validation and governance controls.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines and reporting frameworks, integrating data from multiple sources including data warehouses and cloud platforms.
  • Lead efforts to improve reporting efficiency and usability through automation, exception reporting, and user-friendly design.
  • Educate and support business users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports, fostering data literacy across teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making through data.
  • Participate in the development of scalable BI infrastructure and contribute to data modeling and ETL design.
  • Apply statistical learning, optimization techniques, and operations research methods to solve complex business problems.
  • Support Agile project delivery using tools like JIRA, and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrates strong conceptual and hands-on expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Python; experience with Databricks, Spark, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and project tracking tools.
  • Experience or education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred.
  • Solid foundation in statistical modeling, optimization, and operations research.
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
