Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing Analysis, or closely related quantitative discipline plus zero to one (0-1) years of experience in the job offered or zero to one (0-1) years of experience in the field of data science or market research.
Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
SQL
APIs
Microsoft Power BI or Tableau

Responsibilities

Analyze Client Marketing Data and provide insights and recommendations on improving strategy, tactics, or measurement.
Identify gaps in the customer experience and recommend solutions.
Develop a significant presence in long-term client relationships.
Lead collaborative, design thinking workshops to set the vision for a client’s data strategy program.
Establish and maintain roadmaps with clients on how to improve data infrastructure and marketing tactics using data, such as personalization or account-based marketing.
Maintain and develop data architecture such as SQL Queries and APIs.
Partner with Digital Strategists, User Experience Strategists and Designers, Technologists, and Creatives to produce recommendations based on data.
Demonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right time.
Design and implement reports for clients to own within their teams using BI tools including Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
Recognize and overcome technical and business challenges.
Research new data capabilities and tactics.
Serve as a thought leader, idea generator and source of inspiration.
