You will sit at the center of our performance data, identity growth opportunities early, and turn analytics into clear direction for stakeholders across the company to make daily decisions. Your focus: use data to drive faster growth, stronger retention, and smarter business moves.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in analytics, BI, revenue operations, or growth analysis roles
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort querying a warehouse directly
  • Experience building dashboards in modern BI tools
  • Strong understanding of retention, LTV, margin, and cohort behavior
  • Commercial instincts — you care about revenue impact, not just charts
  • Fluency in AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Comfort presenting insights clearly to operators and leadership

  • Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine operational dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode, etc.)
  • Translate customer and cohort data into actionable CRM and VIP recommendations
  • Monitor GMV, retention, AOV, margin, and channel profitability daily
  • Identify anomalies and surface risks before they compound
  • Own Weekly Business Review reporting and performance analysis across all channels
  • Drive test-and-learn measurement across pricing, format, and product mix
