About The Position
For the past 20 years, we have powered many Digital Experiences for the Fortune 500. Since 1999, we have grown from a few people to more than 4000 team members across the globe that are engaged in various Digital Modernization. This position involves working with the Guest Communications team to design and oversee proofs of concept for new communications technologies, processes, and strategies. The role requires evaluating the effectiveness of these proofs of concept and making recommendations for broader implementation, ensuring rigorous testing and analysis to validate the impact of new communications initiatives, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance communications performance.
