Overview
Designs and delivers Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions, translating business needs into clear KPIs and reporting. Partners with technical and business teams to ensure data is accurate, secure, and easy to use for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Python skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI datasets, models, and dashboards with clear KPIs
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Improve performance of reports and datasets (DAX, modeling, refresh strategies)
• Document KPIs, data sources, and reporting standards for consistency
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve data issues and improve data access
• Support system/ERP changes by updating and validating reports and models
• Monitor data refreshes and troubleshoot failures or anomalies
• Ensure data governance, security, and proper access controls

• Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
