About The Position

Primary Responsibilities:▪ Develop datasets that serve as sources for various reports and enterprise data marts.▪ Analyze datasets – perform exploratory analysis, data manipulation, or data modeling for deliverables.▪ Leads or facilitates meetings to translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented, high-quality requirements to support future reporting and visualizations.▪ Provides consultative assistance to cross-functional teams and external departments working with data.   Minimum Education/Experience:▪ Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience;4-6 years' experience or equivalent, related knowledge ▪ Assists in the development of complex ad hoc reporting.▪ Exercises discretion and applies critical thinking relative to analysis, planning, and/or implementation of critical business initiatives.▪ Provides prescriptive recommendations for action as part of reporting based on analysis of requested data.▪ Applies data best practices to ensure the quality and accessibility of assembled datasets  Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
