Job Summary In this role, you are responsible for delivering and supporting reporting and analytical solutions that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role performs operational data analysis and produces both ongoing and ad hoc reporting to support operational and sales teams. The position requires strong problem‑solving skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a willingness to leverage modern AI‑assisted tools to improve analytical efficiency and generate meaningful insights.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience:1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with SQL, Power Platform, and automation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement, growth, and cost optimization.
  • Aggregate, validate, and maintain data integrity while monitoring and communicating data quality or BI performance issues.
  • Deliver ongoing and ad hoc analyses, reports, and queries to support stakeholder decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define, document, and standardize key metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Responsibly leverage AI and LLM tools to enhance productivity, automation, and analytical documentation.
