About The Position

***THIS POSITION IS ONSITE NOT REMOTE*** Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver. This position is an intermediate-level Data Analytics & Business Intelligence role which provides support for departments and business units throughout the Bank; will lead medium sized initiatives to gather, analyze, and compile data for reporting trends, identification of business patterns, and tracking key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of post high school education and related work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence required.
• Banking or financial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads medium sized projects collaboratively with Business Intelligence 'BI' team members and stakeholders on the identification, development, and ongoing refinement of periodic reports.
• Supports lines of business and functions throughout the bank with data collection and distribution needs by working with internal and external partners as needed.
• Applies appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information by making use of BI reporting tools (e.g. SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
• Presents ideas innovatively and proactively on how to better leverage data to key stakeholders.
• Leads issue tracking and resolving of day-to-day data and reporting issues.
• Assists in the monitoring, defining, and leading of data quality initiatives.
• Shares best practices and knowledge through written documentation, presentations, and informal meetings with other team members and departments.
• Remains current on new developments in BI by engaging in educational opportunities within the field.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
