About The Position

This is a hybrid position required to work at the office in Sacramento two days per week. This role supports strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Analyze patient feedback, satisfaction metrics, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Creates and completes regular and ad hoc analytics and reporting from Sutter Health and its regional affiliates' applications based on the specifications and requirements of end-users. Participates in the development of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions as well as developing data reporting frameworks for the presentation and delivery of metrics, key performance indicators, dashboards, and analytics. Develops and facilitates project teams across functions providing project management, requirements, development, and implementation planning and support. Gathers and documents business requirements while supporting BI products and users as well as creates reports to provide analytical support for Sutter Health operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • 2 years recent relevant experience.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.
  • Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors.
  • Perform a variety of duties and often change from one task to another of a different nature with frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
  • Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
