Lidl US is searching for the next Senior Anayst - HR Reporting to join our HR Services team! The Senior Analyst - HR Reporting is responsible for providing metrics/deep analysis for the Human Resources department. This role will determine appropriate design and modeling criteria for all disseminated information sourced out of the HR data administration systems. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with several internal teams to ensure efficiency across the various HR systems and inter team communications. The role will be responsible for continually providing metrics, reports, and analysis on company-wide personnel processes, performance indicator, and cost forecasting. PLEASE NOTE: This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA, and follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in-office.
