Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the work of others within the district to accomplish research, reviews and reports for the District and other sections within the department.
  • Evaluate the quality of services provided, develop recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Guide agency staff in the correct application of agency administrative rules and policy to ensure compliance with the district.
  • Act as a liaison between District and DHS Facilities Coordinator, under guidance of the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
  • Serve as contract requestor and administrator for all Self Sufficiency and Child Welfare contracts in District.
  • Work with contracted partners alongside the COO to ensure efficacy and communication between agency and provider.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
  • Two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrate proficiency in upholding and implementing program policies with integrity.
  • Experience managing communication between multiple groups or individuals.
  • Experience providing expert technical support and advice in interpreting federal guidance.
  • Experience proficiently analyzing statutes and federal requirements and recommending policy or rule changes.
  • Experience coordinating across programs, systems, and geographical regions to support local operations.
